SHIPPING POLICY

All orders received by 3:00pm EST will ship the same day assuming that the item(s) are in stock.  In the event of a discontinued, backordered, or out of stock item we will contact you by email or phone to notify you. All standard orders will ship by UPS ground. Certain items and/or orders due to size or weight are unable to be sent by standard UPS ground and require shipment by freight line. In such cases we will notify you of this and if any additional charges or conditions will apply.

Expedited Shipping

Orders placed for in-stock items with expedited shipping (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) before 3:00pm EST will be shipped the day they are placed. Expedited orders placed after 3:00pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Standard freight charges do not apply. We will contact you with the freight charge prior to shipping. 

Shipping Information Entry

UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. All addresses should include a street address, city, state, and postal code. If special instructions are necessary, please note them on the checkout page.

For standard orders shipping charges are determined by the total value of the items ordered. The freight charge will be updated as you add items to your cart or you can see charges as listed below:

  • UPS 2nd Day Air AM (Commercial Only, delivery by 10:30 am of 2nd business day)

Inventory and Lead Times

Inventory and lead times are updated daily to maintain accuracy and are subject to change as orders are processed throughout the day. If your order contains out of stock items, we will contact you by email during business hours. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday, you will be contacted the next business day.  

Damaged Shipments

For all shipments, if you receive your order and it is damaged, do not accept or sign for it. Please notify us by email or phone once the damaged is reviewed by both parties. For LTL shipments, if you sign for the shipment and the damage is noticed at a later date, you are responsible for the damage claim with the carrier.
