If you receive your package damaged or if we made a shipping error, please contact us before attempting to return the items.
We want you to be secure in your decision to shop with us, so we make it straightforward and easy to return or exchange an item should you not be satisfied for any reason.
On all purchases of stock items, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund or exchange*, the only requirement is that the item be returned to us in as new condition - it's that simple. Please click on the link below to download our return form. Please fill out and send a copy back with your return:
* Note on standard returns the refund applies to the cost of the goods only, we cannot refund freight in or freight out, with the following exceptions:
- Receipt of damaged or defective merchandise
- An error made by our company in sales or shipping (please call us for assistance)
Should you receive damaged or defective merchandise please keep the item, the original box and packing material, and give us a call. We will immediately reship you a replacement item or issue you a refund if you prefer, and we will handle the claim with either the manufacturer or the carrier. We will make arrangements to get the damaged/defective merchandise back from you at our cost.
For standard returns you may return the item(s) by whichever carrier you prefer (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc). We ask that you package your return with care, and we recommend that you insure and get tracking information on your return, as we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected returns.
JEDCO will cover the cost of the return for any mistake we made in taking / shipping the order. If the mistake was made by the customer, or the customer is returning an item to us, the customer will cover the cost of the freight to return back to JEDCO.
If you choose to send back your order in the same package, please realize that it may not arrive in the same condition. Please re-pack the item(s) or make sure that the original package is in good condition. If we receive the package damaged, it will be refused.
*No returns of any custom, non-stock items. For job quantity returns, please call us before attempting to return items.*
Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused upon delivery and we are not notified before, the credit for the item(s) will be less the original freight and we will deduct what was charged to our UPS account for the refusal. If you provide us an incorrect address and UPS returns the package to us on our account, we will deduct the freight charge from your credit.
